Logo Design Brief

Re-branding our logo in the real estate industry in Greenville, South Carolina. Must have the state tree - Sabal Palmetto - in color or shadow within or around the logo. Prefer to have a new twist than the traditional palmetto tree logo you see on daily basis. But not a deal breaker. Looking to draw drive-by attention with a professional appeal. Open to color options as well. Thank you!

Requirements

Must have

• Would like options with the obvious - house, tree...and options that are not so obvious. Have thought about door on the tree opening...welcome mat...would love a small bird. Have considered a watercolor look...bird could be very clear. Have also thought about the word home being on the welcome mat?

Nice to have

• Another idea is having the SC state image and a Palmetto tree in the upstate area...with the door opening on the Palmetto tree. Don't want the SC image to be too large
