Logo Design Brief

I need a logo to brand our sorority training conference. The event is held annually over the Martin Luther King weekend and rotates between the three Asia chapters -- Okinawa, Japan, and S. Korea. My chapter (Okinawa) is hosting the event this year. The sorority name is Delta Sigma Theta and is denoted by the same Greek letters. The sorority colors are red and white. The design should have no more than 3 colors. The the logo should reflect how we perceive ourselves -- a group of classy, college educated adult professional women with traditional values. The logo will be used on our website , marketing literature, t-shirt, and any other gift items we provide the attendees. I am uploading logo designs we have used in the past, as well as the sorority's official Greek letter logo. We are not permitted to use the official Greek letter logo due to copyright.

Requirements

Must have

• My project must have:
• 1. the name of the event (13th International Sisterhood Retreat),
• 2. the name of the sorority (Delta Sigma Theta)
• 3. the name of the participating chapters (Okinawa, Japan, Korea)
• 4. the date of the event, January 17 - 20, 2020

Nice to have

• Nice to haves:
• 1) if the project used the Greek letter "Delta" (it looks like a triangle) as the logo image.
• 2) Since the event will be hosted on the island of Okinawa, Japan, it would be nice if the project has something within the design that symbolizes Okinawa.

Should not have

• The project may not use the entire three Greek letters that make up the name of our sorority, Delta Sigma Theta, due to copyright. Please review the greek characters for "delta", "sigma" and "theta" or refer to the uploaded file.
