Dear Kevin. The amount of work and quality , request a minimum budget which is far away from 110 USD which you offer to the designer. Updating the budget to a fair price of at least 3-400 USD will give you the opportunity to chose designs from qualified artists.

Not sure how this site works as far as payment goes, but I did pay US$289.00 for this job....but it appears that this website takes the lion's share of it (not fair!). I will gladly pay market price for quality work on this job.
