T-shirt Design Brief

Looking for some designs that will work on the attached image of the striped hoody without any design on it. These are souvenir items so pretty simple and clean is the image I am looking for.
Would like the design to be make 2 colours and the colours to use are Navy and burgundy/red for the icon as seen in the attachments

for the wording of this design you can use "Victoria Canada" "EST 1862"
Icons that will work are a mountain silhouette, paddles(as shown), Anchor and Bear

Please use the wording "Prince Edward Island EST 1873" Icons that will work are sailboat, paddles and anchor
