Logo Design Brief

We are a real estate investment company. We raise funds from investors to put into new investment projects. We are looking for a simple logo that shows professionalism and trust, something that looks good in just black and white as well as in color (navy and silver are nice). We think using an eagle and shield could be cool but are open to other ideas too. We have a military and law enforcement background and want to reflect that in the logo and show that we can be trusted to protect their nest egg.
