Logo Design Brief

I need a logo (and text) to distinguish my new business. The logo should also be used as a watermark for the photos I post on the Internet to protect them from copies, as they are real photos of the products I took. In addition, it must be the logo of the site. I have attached one of my tests only to give an idea of what I need. I leave space for designers and their experiences and creativities. The exclamation point is not necessary. I trust you no matter the shape, but I would like it to be easy to embroider on t-shirt ... I'm still available for any additional information.
