Web Design Brief

Winning designer work on migrate as well through go daddy.

We need a new website as an informational hub to aid our print and digital strategy as well as showing that we are located in Brooklyn and Florida. I have a boutique real estate brokerage and advisory firm specializing in residential leasing, multifamily sales and 1031 Exchange appropriation. This won't be a portal to search properties, it will be a place for information. I'd like space for an ebook to be downloaded and information on my probate sales and multifamily leasing marketing campaigns. I included my logo and will leave it up to the designer to come up with colors to match it. I have also attached verbiage for each page. The final design should have a modern high end look that reflects gentrifying Brooklyn as well as beautiful Florida.
