Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for a company based in Australia. We work in the disability sector & would like a crown incorporated into the S.P.A letters with the business name, left, underneath and right of crow..as in sketch. The P is to be slightly larger than the S and the A as it represents the Person being the centre and the main point of our service. Colour Scheme - I would like crown (SPA) to be metallic gold and to have diamonds on top of its points of multiple colours, red, blue, purple etc. The final design should communicate the P is the personalised aspect of our business, and the crown is to represent our superior approach.
