T-shirt Design Brief

We are a vintage watch company on Instagram called RETROWATCHGUY. We need a t-shirt design that is a throwback to psychedelic poster art/t-shirts from the 1960s. Very subtle reference to watches. Must include an RWG or small RETROWATCHGUY somewhere in the design. We also want a simple watch face somewhere in the design but it should not be the focal point. We don't want the business or biz name to be too in-your-face. We want this to be a cool t-shirt that someone would wear regardless of the brand. We are looking for 2-3 colors max. Please see attached posters for inspiration and t-shirt designs to get an idea for what we are looking for. These will likely print on dark gray/charcoal colored t-shirts; audience is mostly men aged 25-45 who are into vintage watches from the 60s and 70s, classic cars, and vinyl records. Please see @retrowatchguy on instagram + www.retrowatchguy.com to get a feel for the brand. Design should be single-sided.

Requirements

Must have

• An RWG in monoton font or very small RETROWATCHGUY in monoton font
• A subtle image of a watch face
• 2-3 colors max

Nice to have

• Maybe have the watch face inside of a psychedelic eye?

Should not have

• No peace signs or bell bottoms - we don't want this to be too "campy"
• No pinks or purples since these are geared towards men
