Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new personalized printing company. We do vinyl signs and sublimation printing on mugs, plates, t-shirts or just about any medium. We will do business with schools, businesses and the public. My vision of the logo would have a scary cartoonish clown incorporated into the design but not too fancy due to needing to be able to cut out the logo on a vinyl cutter that would also look good using only 1 color ( but the clown can be colorful). Business name is "Carnival Ink Graphix". The picture I'm attaching is along the lines of the type of clown I envision but is too fancy and wouldnt be able to be cut out using a vinyl cutter and still be able to tell its a clown but open to other ideas
