Logo Design Brief

Hi guys, I would like to create very professional company logo. Idea is that is should be original, so nothing reminding logo of famous brands. It shoudl be elegant and some how exclusive. Sending deatils of my requiremnt bellow. Hope it will help. Name of my company is TalentFinder and I do headhunting of senior managerial roles and also IT.

Who are my Customers? Focus on IT search, Executive search - professionals with considerable work experience.

What do these customers expect from me? High level of professionalism, confidentiality, expertise, strong network, differentiation from competitors through highly optimized yet personal service ( not looking to be the ‘traditional headhunter’, rather the cool kid on the block)

Who are my competitors and how do they communicate?
- rather old-fashioned, traditional ...
- only about headhunting, no communication regarding personal development etc

How should the brand portray itself?
- cool yet serious
- simple branding
- doesn’t have to be immediately obvious that the company focuses on headhunting - generally I will give away my website details only once I established a contact with potential clients
- logo rather subtle. No need to mention company name in full (can use just first letters of the company name’)
- don’t use any images related to ‘search’ directly (no magnifying glass etc.)
- can use other colours than white / black but predominantly these 2 simple colours.
- Logo needs to work long term but doesn’t have to be immediately recognizable, rather an assurance of the high quality of the company
