T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking for a skull riding a motorcycle I would like the perspective to be looking at the rider from directly in front of the motorcycle. I do not want a motorcycle in the design just from the handlebars up. I have included a picture of the style of handlebars I would like you to use in the artwork. Also I need his skeleton hands on the handlebars like he is riding and I would like text on his knuckles/fingers that says "HELL BENT" in a tattoo style. I included sample text of the style I am going for.
