Wordpress Design Brief

I am documenting a few changes in my life and am looking for a designed wordpress theme to upload photos and short videos and a blurb tha tI can submit that will document the changes on a daily basis (for 12 weeks). It is a relatively straightforward site but one where I would like to track multiple projects in succession and have all the information.
