Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo as the work our building company is now doing is more bespoke, high quality renovations and carpentry work, as such we have had a name change.
We are Sydney based and our clients have high standards.
We are looking for a clean, modern design. Black/Charcoal and white, although we are open to colour suggestions if used sparingly.
I have attached a few images which may assist in getting an idea of what we have in mind font/vibe wise.
We are looking to communicate a professional, yet approachable and collaborative working style with a focus on precision and detail.
