T-shirt Design Brief

I would like a personalised Buck's Party T'shirt for my friend Ross' bucks party.
I am thinking a cartoon of him with his body as a lego man running with a stylised font 'Rossco's Bucks (Roosters) Party' around it.
With 'Bucks' crossed out. Byline 'Sydney 2019'.
Any integrations of Ross' interests of Lamborghini, Lego, Star Wars and Plants would be great. More fun than cheeky is what we are going for. If we could get him running from a lego bride that would be great too.
