Flyer Design Brief

We are a landscaping services company (Pest Control & Lawn Fertilization). I am looking for a piece that my sales people can leave behind at the neighbors of our current customers offering our services to them.

I'm not a graphics guy, not even close, I started making a sample that is not any good, but it might give the general idea. I have attached that design here. There is a template available from the printer for 4.25 x 11". I have included that as well

Must have

• we are looking for a space to write the name or address of our customer, include 2 specials ( 1 for pest control, 1 for Lawn fertilization and weed control) that make the neighbors feel like they are getting a deal because they are neighbors of our customer.
• the back side of the postcard will list our range of services and have a space for the salesman to write his name.
• This will be printed on a glossy cardstock (unless the designer suggests something else).
• Phone numbers, Website, logos
