I would like to clarify your requirements before designing:
1. Attachments have old and new design. What are problem with those designs?
2. You want to keep wording of which artwork, old, new or combine? and design style of which artwork, old or new?
3. Which content you set 1st, 2nd, 3rd priority to catch attention from reader?

Thank you for writing, I inserted the old tri fold to show what it did look like. The one with the polka dots was my attempt to make it cleaner. The wording should come from the polka dot one. As for priority, i think what any brochure is supposed to do. list name of company, tag line (put your hands on these) list products on inside . roll towel, table towel next list 4squares then last page maybe all my social media and the trade shows i attend.
