Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new real estate investment brokerage company in Richmond VA called 'Pathfinder Properties.' We help novice and growing real estate investors navigate the path to building and growing long term wealth through smart property investment and management decisions. I would like to see the colors blue and green. The final design should communicate trust, transparency, knowledge, and professionalism. Integration of compass in design or some other logo concept to communicate a sense of "wayfinding" and builds on the concepts outlined above. The goal is to obtain a logo that incorporates the brokerage name and be easily used in signage, on a website, on social media, and on business cards.
