Also there are no examples of desirable graphic style in attachments.

Thank you for you message, I appreciate you have taken the time to read the whole brief. I have not provided any graphic style attachments as I had written the brief to be comprehensive and allow for the designer to use their flare and imagination.

What would you consider a more appropriate reward?

total budget I have paid is A$466

besides designer's reward you also pay for next things:
Posting fee -- up to A$109
Project Management Fee -- 20% for package of A$200 & over
also project upgrades cost about $25-$30 a year ago
(your project has "FEATURED" upgrade)
