Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new property venture based in British Columbia Canada called Raven's Perch. This is a vacation rental/resort however it also encompasses other projects. The overarching theme is minimalist lifestyle: micro (tiny) home living, vacation rentals, health and wellness. The Logo will be used on a website, business cards and I would like to put it on chalkboards in the rental units that people will likely use in the background for their Instagram pics during their stay. I like the idea of a raven on a perch in the foreground and then a shadow of Frog Peak in the background (the mountain peak is called Frog Peak and is visible from the property). Because our theme is minimalism I would like a design that isn't fussy or elaborate and I like a nice clean modern font or perhaps handwritten - but clean handwritten... maybe all lower case?
