T-shirt Design Brief

I manage a technical team of computer engineers who are responsible for maintaining websites (to simplify it). The book definition of the team is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Site_Reliability_Engineering .

The team is part of VMware (vmware.com).

I am looking for team t-shirts.

I also like the styles from http://www.myslofly.com/ .

Printing
I'll be using https://www.customink.com/ for printing and need designs that are either no more than 5 colors or can be flattened to black and white.
T-Shirt background colors will be limited to the Next Level Tai-Blend palette (https://www.customink.com/products/styles/next-level-tri-blend-t-shirt/186900).

Themes
Thematically, the design should incorporate imagery representative of two concepts:
* Dia del los Muertos sugar skulls. (Disney Pixar movie "Coco" for playful examples)
* ROSES (see below) - should incorporate the letters "ROSES" with words below (see example)
* California surf & beach vibe

The design should be fun and playful. The "Los Muertos" should likewise be fun and playful.

Colors should be bold and vibrant and should incorporate VMware's corporate colors without looking like a company t-shirt.

Why ROSES?

Within the company, we use the term ROSES to represent the words below. The design should feel unisex and be predominately beach/Los Muertos oriented but should invoke something to do with roses. The ROSES graphic incorporates some of the VMware corporate branding (the cloud itself).

* Resiliency - Ability for a self-healing system to recover from infrastructure or service failures, handle disruption.
* Observability - Drive instrumentation and monitoring of systems to continuously improve processes and software Metrics monitoring and anomaly detection, Transactional API monitoring, Logging, Distributed tracing, Profiling, UI Availability.
* Security - Ability to protect data, systems and assets through development and configuration of services and infrastructure Diploma and Chancellor for certificate management, Secure access to production (Vault, RBAC), Secrets management
* Efficiency - Ensure that our system costs growth remains sublinear to that of the business Capacity planning, Resource utilization and right-scaling
* Scalability - Automatic scaling of infrastructure to handle multi-geo production load Cross-cluster service discovery, Multi-AZ and region federated clusters
