Graphic Design Brief

I need 2 diagrams for a talking I am doing later this week . The purpose of the talk is to explain the current approach to evidence based medicine and then the approach of utilising big data. The talk is to doctors who are considered experts in their field. I have attached the layout of the diagrams. Everything on them in italics is just notes. I am really just looking to stylise the people, add in some colours and make it look better than mine. There will be minimal changes.
