Logo Design Brief

I need my corporate logo and symbol re-worked. Want to keep our colours and font, but need a logo and symbol that's cleaner to work with and more reflective of our business activities: engineering, project management and oilfield drilling equipment. The corporate symbol currently in our logo doesn't work well in print media and it was originally a good choice as we were doing lots of work in Asian. No longer the case, need something different and do NOT want a symbol as part of the company name (see our current logo). Open to ideas, but would like to see one option (at least) that incorporates the D &; G from our company name. Need final product in colour, B&W and knockout and all file formats (jpg/eps/ai). website: www.drillgearcorp.com
