Brochure Design Brief

I need a pdf brochure designing so it can be shared easily with target audiences via email (easily readable online both on laptop & mobile devices) and if necessary look good when printed (on home printer). I need two very similar versions of the brochure designing (one for businesses and one for individuals - the text is almost identical). The pantones (#ffa200 yellow and #001040 blue) of the logo should be reflected throughout the pdf brochure. It should have clean lines and graphics (please feel free to add graphics as appropriate but no graphics of Sherpas climbing mountains).
