Logo Design Brief

GiMPROV is an improv comedy group comprised of disabled persons. Looking for a logo that kind of tells the story at a glance. The letters can be used to convey the disabled aspect... the "I" can be a crutch? The "P" can have a laughing emoji in it and also have an eye patch? And the "O" can have the RED CROSS inside of it? It can be fun but the GIMPROV must be prominent (injured aspects can be 50% gradient?). The color of the logo doesn't really matter. Orange is the color of comedy so maybe the "G" can be a nice vibrant full orange.
