According to the designs we got, we noticed the 2 Chinese characters confused many designers. In order to boost our logo project, we decide it does not matter if the logo does not includes the Chinese characters which mean inspiration.
Here let me rephrase our need again:
we are a company whose business focuses on leadership training therefore our logo need to contain elements of leadership. the meanings of leadership is vast, please choose the one coming to your mind once you think of leadership to design.
At the moment our business focuses on kids leadership training, your design can emphasize on kids.
The logo can be of single or multi color. simple but elegant.

most of the logos I received do not present the idea of cooperation. please add or emphasize the "cooperation". cooperation is important to leadership.
