Logo Design Brief

Design a logo that incorporates Private Investigation with CPA work. Thinking of dual faced figure with Deer-slayer hat on one side with Magnifying glass and Accountant's green visor on the other face. I don't particularly like the attached, but some merging of the two. Suitable for both business cards and webpage.
