Do you allow designer to use image stock from shutterstock? or just using what you've been put on the PSD?
Could you please give specific color codes for what kind of blue you desired to have because the image link you attached is removed.

Yes you can use image from shutterstock.
The pantone color code for our product will be pantone 475c (light brown) as blue is no longer possible.

so, the colors that would be use on the package/logo are pantone 475c(light brown) and 134c(light yellow, right? Do you allow designer to use complementary colors such black, etc for accent? Do you have branding preferences?

for the logo, do you have any style preferences? you want it to be a logo type? or maybe combination of an icon/symbol related with dog dental plus logo text?
