We need a modern update to our very simple current website. We are a small business that manufactures and sells featureless dolls used in the training and investigation of sudden infant deaths. With our customer base being primarily government organizations we are looking for design that is to the point and functional while also being engaging.

Requirements
Must have
- Straightforward website focused towards the product being sold. With secondary focus is being how to contact the business and the care and use of the product. The business logo is orange and blue, these colors do not necessarily need to show up in the website design. Darker and muted/contrasting colors would probably be better.
Nice to have
- It would be nice if the website had a professional feel, that is slightly maternal but is not cutesy. Given the nature of our product, we also would like a site that is very respectful for any case that our product might be used in it.
