Graphic Design Brief

I would like on a format 21cm x 15cm a layout with the text provided written on the right, and on the left a situation in a comic strip of a visual examination performed by a doctor in a white coat and a patient ( I have visualized the table of letters to appear in very small) the color code is mainly gray yellow and white, but you can add other colors more flash in places and for clothes) I attach an example of comics
