Logo Design Brief

We need a color logo for the Dept of Orthopaedics, Surgery, and rehabilitation at an Army hospital for media use, such as printing on shirts, banners, or for inclusion in multimedia presentations. Will not be used on letterhead. We'd like to combine the logo of the army base we are at plus overlayed graphics that represent a piece from each of the departments. In the attached picture, you'll see an example of this. We are not bound to our example, just a brief scribble of what we were considering (this drawing conflicts with the next sentence). Please remove the "National Training Center" box at the bottom, however, please leave the "NTC" visible in the middle of the triangle. You can overlay images/designs over triangle. A clean, elegant, logo that links the combination of surgery and rehabilitation in the context of our Army base is what we're going for.
