Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a Home Loan Group/Team called The Moore Team. We are 3 brothers who help people finance their dream homes by providing them with mortgages. We work for a company called New American Funding but want to brand The Moore Team Home Loan Group. "Powered by New American Funding" could go under the logo itself. Was thinking about a house with TMT integrated into the logo. Also under the Logo we could actually write out "The Moore Team Home Loan Group".
