Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a long-standing company based in Texas. The company offers temporary staff (sometimes permanent) to the logistics industry (ex. warehouse workers, forklift operators, truck drivers, etc.) The logo should appeal to a younger generation, working class, many of whom speak Spanish as a second language. LPC stands for "Life" "People" "Connection". The company has been around for a long time and has a strong reputation in the industry. It's look needs to reflect that (currently, it looks OLD. We want it to look YOUNG and approachable)
