u cant send invitation bcoz they r n top level designer.only best designers can submit to ur contest :)

sir 1 or 2 star rating lowers a designer's overall rating so kindly give a star rating of 4 or 5.At least look at the hardwork that a designer do on your project.so please you can simply remove this one star rating.regards.
