T-shirt Design Brief

Our company logo is a turtle shell, and we live by the quote "Behold the turtle. He makes progress only when he sticks his neck out." -James Bryant Conant. We want to put this on a shirt, along with an illustrated version of a turtle- nothing too overtly childish, but perhaps an outline or something along those lines. Our colors are shades of dark turquoise. We would like the image to be on either the front or back. We've included an image that we have used previously to spark some inspiration
