Graphic Design Brief

We need a logo for a new company offering glass and aluminium solutions for the commercial and residential markets. The company is based on the Gold Coast with an operating area of Northern NSW to the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia. Our company is called "GLAS" (Glass Living & Aluminium Solutions).‘Glass Living & Aluminium Solutions’ should be included in the logo as it gives clarity to the consumer. The logo will be trademarked.Products and services include; Shopfronts, office partitions, aluminium windows and doors, automatic door systems, structural glass applications, specialist glass installations, glass pool fencing, glass panels, shower screens, glass balustrades, mirrors, glass splashbacks - in short, everything glass! We are a family owned company with a strong focus on customer care and attention to detail. We are young and have already taken part in fun, contemporary projects and we'd like our logo to reflect this mindset. We like the idea of using the color blue, maybe a mix of different tones or a 'fun' blue like teal or turquoise. The logo should include the tag line and should be eye catching but simple – so it can be easily replicated on any medium (eg. vehicles, clothing, paperwork etc).The finished logo will have to be sent in high definition vector/jpeg formats suitable for printing and other designs. We will also need a reference for all the colours/fonts used within the logo design to replicate throughout our branded materials.
