Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo design for a development of 14 Luxury colonial style villas on the coast in southern Spain. The design needs to reflect old style colonial architecture with a modern twist. Also very tropical , use of palm trees and other tropical plants within the logo can be an option as well as images of sea views. The designs can use colour but not on any buildings that maybe in the design they must be the hero but white only. The feel is as much about lifestyle as it is the colonial style villa.
