My best estimate is 220 pages. The interior mockup is in process right now.

Update: My new best estimate is 260 pages. The Table of Contents mockup says the author page starts on page 235 pages and with the introduction chapter pages not included, I believe it will be 250-260 pages with the title page, etc.
