Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my counseling practice based in Seattle called 'Crow City Counseling.' The practice provides mental health and counseling services to the general public, with an emphasis on counseling for men who are seeking to gain a sense of connection in their lives with themselves, others, and the world around them. I chose the name of my practice because of the large population of crows in the city, the intelligence of crows, the lore surrounding crows as teachers of death, the way they care for each other, and because they serve as a reminder that we are living in nature even if we're surrounded by concrete and traffic. Crows are monogamous and they raise their young together. If they have offspring that are injured or disabled, they continue to care for them through adulthood. They live as a community and commute each day to their specified territory, which often consists of about a three house radius or a specific shopping center. The crow couples work together each day and sometimes enlist the help of younger crows who aren't coupled yet. They play games with each other and are highly adaptive.

Crows are obviously black in color, so that settles that. But, if some color could be incorporated that would be great. Seattle's nickname is the Emerald City, so green seems like an obvious fit. Seattle is also grey and foggy so neon signs stand out well here, but not sure if that makes any sense for a logo. The city is also surrounded by mountains (Olympics & Cascades) and water, with the Pacific Ocean as one border and Lake Washington as the other. The final design needs to incorporate two crows with the suggested color ideas above.
