Logo Design Brief

I need to have developed a custom logo for my growing cake business to use on business cards, stickers, bakery boxes, stationary, etc.. I am looking for a logo that reflects my attention to detail and use of superior ingredients. The uniqueness of my baking business is that I don't use fondant at all. I'm a believer that if it doesn't taste good, why put it on something you'd eat? All of my finishing details are completed in modeling chocolate. I'd like a design that is more organic and free flowing.
