We would like a one frame cartoon depicting a man furiously (sweating and straining) rowing a row boat pulling a barge with a post office building on it toward the San Diego skyline. Sample style of post office attached, small, quaint. Choppy waters would be nice. The name of the rowboat could be "Lessor" The barge needs to be large. San Diego Skyline, and the man is struggling, the help he needs is in San Diego. Our acronym is AUSPL, it would be nice to have that on a flag in San Diego.
