Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo for a new construction recruitment / staffing company.

They obvious choice would be to add go with a hard hat logo. And at the moment I am preferring the yellow black/white colour scheme however I am open to change.
I like a minimal style. I would prefer any hats drawn without a light.

Construction Managers, Labourers, Builders, Surveyors.
