Brochure Design Brief

We need a bi-fold 8.5 inches by 11 inches standard size. The outline is attached with key sections included. The design needs to fit our brand standard and needs to be editable. We are requesting two rounds of edits. Photos can be provided to the selected designer to use. We are open to gatefold designs as well. The website for design reference is https://www.reach16.net/ .
