Poster Design Brief

We are a UK based classic rock covers band and we need a poster for our gigs. The poster needs to clearly identify the band in the correct genre - classic rock / country rock.We are interested in seeing innovative designs that match the music genre we play. Please note, we are NOT a metal band, but a rock band and all such designs should reflect this.Original illustrations or photo concepts that fit the classic rock genre are welcomed.The name of the band is Southern Cross and this should be clearly visible at the top of the poster.Included with this post is an image of our current logo and a rough layout file to give you and idea of what we're after.The band logo can be updated, but any new logo should be clear and easy to read.

Requirements

Must have

• Images or illustrations that demonstrate to the viewer the band is a classic rock covers band.

Nice to have

• It would be nice to see some variation on the letter styling of the band name. In addition it would be nice to see original drawings / artwork that are "classic rock" related.
