Hi.  I have been thinking along the lines of retro/rustic as an option. To give you an idea, some of the stuff I want in the shop would include:  a wall covered with chalkboard paint with a map of NZ (so I can write products on the wall and connect lines to the location on the map); we will have wooden/kahikatea shelving for some of the cheese; I''d like to have shelving for food products made of old butter boxes stacked up; maybe use old barrels to display some goods.  So retro could fit with this as, as long as there is still "quality" and not retro for retros''s sake (if you know what I mean).
