T-shirt Design Brief

Hi.... This design is going to go onto a white or red t-shirt. I’d like a brown Santa Claus with an Afro and beard with sunglasses on Santa and the elves to be brown as well. I would like the caption “We Don’t Want No Smoke” incorporated on the design. I would like the Santa to be holding one arm up and the other arm protecting the elves. I’ve attached a sketch of my idea on a piece of paper.
