Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a construction company based in Helena, MT called Pierce Builders of Montana. We do new construction, remodels, dirt work, etc. We would like to see a logo using the color blue. We are interested in incorporating the P of Pierce and the B of builders in some way that is original and clean. The final design should be simple enough so that someone can easily read/recognize it on the side of a truck. We also require it to look good in black and white.We have looked at many different options and do not want anything cliche that has to do with construction.
