They are still in bitmap (low res) inside the pdf file.
Don't you have the original vector source file format? (Adobe Illustrator, EPS?)

Ok I tried it again, are you unable to convert them into the files you need? I just clicked and dragged the .ai files off my desktop and dropped them into the download box on DesignCrowd...not sure how else to do it... sorry
