Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my construction/electrical company based in East Tennessee. I mainly concentrate on electrical. I would like a logo that emphasizes the use of QCE. I would like some type of design in the back drop of the QCE, possibly a light bulb or something that ties construction & electrical together. I do not like cartoonish type designs, nor do I like the use of lightening bolts. I would like for the lettering to be very bold and neat with very clean lines. I like the use of electric or navy blue with lime green, but am open to different color choices that will really stand out. I am needing these logos for shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, and I am going to have my vehicles wrapped.
