Logo Design Brief
We need a logo for our trellis / espalier system product line. The brand name is 'Espaliex'. We have already created a rough design and feel it is OK but would definitely like to have it finished off with some flair. Look up espalier and trellis wires on Google. We have our own design of trellis systems which we are developing and want to brand. These systems will be used in residential and commercial applications to create greenwalls. The logo doesn't currently have any 'plants/leaves' on it, but it needs them, perhaps a vine with leaves, as it is a bit lifeless without it.Colour wise it should reflect greenwalls, gardens, life, greenery, class, style and cutting edge design, so definitely use the colour green and perhaps white and black. We'll be predominantly marketing online. It would be good to be able to develop a cool animated logo as well as some stage (not for this contest however), so keep this in mind. The products are all stainless steel. See the attachments for examples. The rough logo design was based on some of these fittings and wire rope.See the attachment also for the rough logo sketch.

Requirements
Must have
- -use the name 'espaliex' in the logo, and it should stand out and be clear. LEGIBILITY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING
- -incorporate current design features including the 'x' that uses an espalier fitting and wire. You can rework this to however you like. As you can see there are two example versions of this logo.
- -a vine with leaves. greenery of some type
- 'greenwall systems' tagline
Nice to have
- You can play around with the colours. We think green and white with black may work well. You could use different shades of green and also grey possibly too. See how you go!
Should not have
- -We don't think the fonts should be 'decorative', however you could design in the greenery/vines somewhere to add some flair.
- -espaliex must be legible, as it is a made up word/name we won't want people being unable to pronounce it.
